INGREDIENTS
2 oz Entre Maguey “Papalote” Mezcal
1 teaspoon agave nectar
1 dash Angostura bitters
Strip of orange or grapefruit peel with pith, one inch wide
PREPARATION
Combine liquids in a cocktail shaker with a generous handful of ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Hold a lighted match over drink in one hand and orange peel in other hand, with orange side facing flame and about an inch away. Carefully and quickly squeeze orange peel until oils spark. Put out match and drop peel into cocktail.

Ingredients
2 oz Entre Maguey “Ensamble” Mezcal
3 cucumber slices
1/2 ounce agave nectar
3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
3/4 ounce Boiron passion fruit puree
Ginger beer, chilled, to top
Garnish: cucumber slice
Garnish: candied ginger
Garnish: chile powder
preperation
Add the cucumber slices and agave nectar to a shaker and muddle.
Add the mezcal, lime juice and passion fruit puree to the shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Top with the ginger beer.
Garnish with a cucumber slice and a piece of candied ginger, and top with a pinch of chile powder.
midnight mystery
Ingredients
2 oz Entre Maguey “Tobala” Mezcal
1 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
ice for mixing
maraschino cherry and/or orange twist to garnish
Preperation
Stir ingredients together in a cocktail shaker, including the ice
Strain the beverage into a wide rimmed cocktail glass. Add garnish and enjoy immediately!
